In the vast inland area of Niger, many rural clinics are located far away with inconvenient transportation. Once medical waste such as medical gauze and used needles is generated, it is difficult to transport it out for timely treatment. Open-stacked medical waste constantly threatens the health of local villagers and medical staff.
Tianlang Environmental TLFS-20 micro medical waste incinerator is tailor-made for remote grassroots clinics in Africa. Compact in size, it is easy to transport to site. Adopting pyrolysis gasification technology, it decomposes and inactivates medical waste thoroughly at high temperature to realize on-site harmless disposal without long-distance transportation. Featuring a sturdy structure with wind and sand resistance and simple maintenance, it adapts to the relatively primitive local site conditions.
The equipment shown in the picture is in place at the Niger project site, and local technicians are adjusting its components. We follow up the whole process including domestic production, export packing, cross-border shipment and remote technical guidance. After commissioning, remote rural clinics gain the capacity to handle medical waste independently and block pollution risks at the source.
