TLFS-30 Medical Waste Incinerator Project for Mozambique Client

Grassroots clinics in remote areas of Mozambique are small-scale, yet they continuously generate medical waste such as needles and contaminated gauze every day. Previously lacking suitable small equipment, medical waste had to be transported over long distances, resulting in high disposal costs and risks of pathogen spread.

Tianlang Environmental TLFS-30 small medical waste incinerator is designed to solve the pain points of primary medical waste treatment. Compact and flexibly installed, it adopts pyrolysis gasification technology to thoroughly kill harmful microorganisms in medical waste at high temperature and realize on-site harmless volume reduction. It is easy to operate and maintain, perfectly matching the limited space and maintenance capacity of township clinics.

After production and export wooden case packing, the equipment was shipped to the local site. We provide remote technical support and on-site hands-on training for local staff to operate and maintain the unit independently. Once commissioned, the small incinerator enables grassroots medical facilities to dispose of medical waste safely on-site instead of long-distance transportation, protecting the health of local township residents.
