Local medical institutions in Bangladesh have long been troubled by medical waste disposal. After expired medicines, contaminated medical dressings and waste laboratory supplies pile up, regular waste transfer channels are insufficient. Simple burning will generate massive harmful flue gas. The spread of pathogens and exhaust pollution bring dual risks to nearby communities.
Tianlang Environmental TLFSP-100 special medical waste incinerator has been successfully put into service here. It adopts pyrolysis gasification technology. Medical waste is decomposed at high temperature inside the sealed furnace to thoroughly kill pathogens. A full flue gas purification system including dust removal and scrubber is equipped to treat exhaust gas and meet local emission standards. Robust and durable, the unit fits Bangladesh’s hot and humid climate, with easy operation and maintenance, ideal for centralized medical hazardous waste treatment in hospitals.
The machine was manufactured, packed in export wooden cases and shipped by sea to the site. We provide on-site installation guidance and practical operation training for local staff to master operation and routine maintenance. After commissioning, medical facilities can safely treat medical waste on-site, avoid secondary pollution and protect regional public health safety.
