In the past, local medical facilities in Myanmar relied on manual handling and loading to process medical waste; this method was not only labor-intensive but also posed safety risks due to healthcare workers coming into contact with contaminants.
The Tianlang Environmental TLFSZ-1000 medical waste incinerator features an automatic bin-loading system that allows medical waste to be fed directly from the bin, thereby minimizing direct human contact and reducing the risk of cross-infection. The equipment utilizes a pyrolysis-gasification incineration process to ensure the thorough thermal inactivation of pathogens and is equipped with a flue gas purification unit to guarantee compliance with emission standards.
The accompanying photo shows our technical team working alongside the client's team in Myanmar to complete the installation and commissioning of the equipment, while the client observes and learns the operational procedures on-site.
