TLFS-150 model incinerator sent to a university in Nigeria

This university in Nigeria generates various types of laboratory waste—such as solid residues and contaminated consumables—on a daily basis. Previously, the lack of specialized disposal equipment resulted in cumbersome collection and treatment processes, posed risks of biological and chemical contamination, and made it difficult to meet campus research management standards.
The Tianlang Environmental Protection TLFS-150 incinerator is specifically designed for university research environments. Utilizing pyrolysis-gasification technology, the unit performs high-temperature, harmless treatment of laboratory waste; it offers stable, reliable performance and is well-suited to the diverse solid laboratory waste continuously generated on campus. The standardized operating procedures facilitate routine maintenance by campus facilities staff, ensuring both safety and environmental compliance.
Following production and crating in export-grade wooden cases, the equipment was delivered internationally. We provided installation guidance and hands-on training to ensure the university's operations team mastered the key operational aspects. With this system in place, the university can independently treat laboratory waste on-site, thereby strengthening its environmental management framework and creating a safer research environment for faculty and students.
